All orders will take 5-7 business days for processing during the holiday season
We ship within the United States to non-P.O. box addresses
We will send all orders via priority mail with tracking and insurance for $15 per order
For international orders, shipping charges with insurance will be $50 via USPS international mail
Orders should arrive within 4-5 business days after order processing for locations in the US; up to 2 weeks for international orders. Orders for Flower Necklaces may take an additional 2 weeks
We also offer FedEx 2-day shipping for $30 per order in the US
We can also provide pick-up in New York City as well; please choose this option at checkout and email info@lbeedesigns.com to arrange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days of receipt
For returns within 15-30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be offered
All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in saleable condition
Please email us at info@lbeedesigns.com for an RMA number and invoice prior to shipping your return
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer

Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped to addresses in New York State at the corresponding tax rate for the shipping location

We currently accept credit cards for payment, through our secure credit card servicer, Stripe

Cleaning Silver Jewelry – silver naturally tarnishes with contact of everyday items including your skin
We recommend avoiding the shower, salt and chlorinated water while wearing your LBEE DESIGNS pieces
Silver should be stored in a cool dry place or box
To clean silver, use a soft polishing cloth periodically to restore shine
For deeper cleaning of silver, use mild dish detergent diluted in water on a cotton towel and rub the piece in one direction
For cleaning gemstones, use a very soft toothbrush and mild dish detergent diluted in water; rinse thoroughly and dry on a cotton towel
We do not recommend using paper towels as the towels can scratch the metal

Jewelry by LBEE DESIGNS is handcrafted and can be enjoyed for years with proper care
Jewelry should be cleaned at least once a year, and pieces inspected for any shifting of stones, malfunctioning clasps, or bent prongs
